I ended up having to return my tracker because I accidentally ordered the wrong one. The return steps on landairsea were easy to follow, and they got back to me quicker than I thought they would. They sent over the return details, I shipped it back, and the refund showed up without me having to keep asking about it. That part was nice too, whatever that whole thing usually turns into with some companies. Overall, simple and no weird runaround.

I signed up for LandAirSea mainly because I needed something simple and useful, but I was a little worried about hidden fees. So far, the billing has been very clear. The price I saw before paying was exactly what showed up on my card.
I also appreciate that the renewals are easy to understand and not confusing. No random charges or surprises have popped up, which makes the whole thing feel a lot more reliable.

The tracking has been really accurate so far. The GPS spot is almost always right, which made checking on my truck super easy. Wild concept, I know, something doing what it’s supposed to do.

I did end up getting refunded, so that part was fine, but it took way longer than I expected. I kept waiting for it and didn’t really know what was going on, which was frustrating.

I’ve been using it for a while and, from what I remember, the setup wasn’t too bad. Not exactly effortless, but nothing that made me want to quit halfway through. The tracking has been accurate most of the time, at least the times I’ve checked closely. the thing I keep remembering most is the monthly cost. It feels a little high for what you’re getting. Overall it’s not a bad product, I just wish it felt like a better deal

It does what it’s supposed to do, and I haven’t had any major issues using it. That said, the monthly price feels a bit steep for what you get. I’d probably like it a lot more if it were a little more affordable.

The tracker itself worked fine, no real issues there.. but managing my account was kind of annoying. I had to click around a bunch just to find billing and device settings, and support took a little while to get back to me. I’ve been impressed with how steady the signal stays, even when I’m on longer drives. It never seems to drop out on me, which makes me think maybe it’s got a stronger antenna or better coverage than whatever I was using before. Either way, it’s been really reliable so far.

The tracker is okay overall. I don’t really buy into all the polished company wording about how precise everything is, because the geofence alerts can definitely be late sometimes. Most days it works fine, but there have been times where I get the notification after the car has already left. It’s not terrible, and I’m still using it, but I expected it to be a little more accurate

It works fine overall, so no major complaints there, but the case got scratched up quickly even with normal use. Also, having to go through verification over and over again got annoying. I get needing security, but it felt a bit excessive.

The alerts work sometimes, but way too often they show up late, and it makes me want to scream. What’s the point of an alert if it arrives after I already needed it? When it works, great, but the inconsistency is beyond frustrating.

I was a little unsure about the privacy side at first, but the site looked secure and straightforward. Setting up my account was simple, and I do like that my tracker info is only visible to me. I’ll admit, right after I paid I got that uneasy “hope this is legit” feeling, but so far there haven’t been any weird emails or problems.

I got this mainly to keep tabs on my work truck, and for the most part it’s been doing what I needed it to do. The tracking itself is accurate, and the location updates come through fast enough that I’m not sitting there wondering if it’s behind or wrong.

Had trouble getting my tracker set up, but support fixed it in just a few minutes. Guy was patient and didn’t make me feel dumb about it. Works fine now.

I really like how simple the dashboard is. It only took me a few minutes to find my tracker and check the history. Nothing feels cluttered or confusing, which I appreciate a lot 👍

It got wet one time and, to be fair, it still works. But I don’t know, I just expected the sealing to be better. It left me feeling a bit disappointed, like it should’ve handled that situation more confidently
